Beautiful antique French Demi John.Typical 'onion' shape and all the beautiful imperfections of handblown glass. The jagged top edge, typical of 18th & 19th century Demi Johns, was formed when the bottle was separated from the blowing pipe. Traces of red sealing wax still evident on the lip.
