GENERAL TERMS Unless otherwise stated all our Antique and Vintage pieces are imported from France, purchased by us from private families, therefore the age and materials of our pieces are our best assessment, taking into account style, region, aesthetic and information provided by the family. All pieces are sold subject to the understanding that the goods are not new and are in a condition appropriate to their age. French Originals reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occured including but not limited to errors relating to pricing. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (15%)
RETURNS & REFUNDS We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, a fair and reasonable reason must be given to request a return. Any request for a refund is to be lodged in writing to enquiry@frenchoriginals.co.nz within 7 days of a receipt of the goods. Any request of this nature will be negotiated on an individual basis providing there is good reason to be requesting a refund. French Originals is not liable for freight costs and all return freight must be packaged safely and adequately insured. Items must be returned in saleable condition. No Cash refunds (subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993).
Once you have purchased a piece, remember that anything over 100 years old needs to be looked after. If it is wooden, wax it regularly.
